1Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• Platform means the Republic World Events website located at https://event.republicworld.com/ and any associated applications, digital services, or booking interfaces.
• Event means any conference, concert, summit, exhibition, workshop, seminar, awards ceremony, networking event, or other program listed on the Platform.
• Organizer means Republic World Events or any third-party organizer authorized to list or manage an event on the Platform.
• Ticket means a valid digital or printed entry pass issued through the Platform.
• Booking means a confirmed reservation for one or more event tickets.
• Venue means the location where the Event is conducted.
• User, Attendee, You, or Your means any individual accessing or using the Platform.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform and attend an Event where applicable.

By registering for an Event, you represent and warrant that:

• the information provided by you is accurate and complete;
• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Republic World Events reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel any booking if false or misleading information is provided.

3Registration and User Account

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account or verify your identity using a mobile number, email address, or One-Time Password (OTP).

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date;
• all activities carried out using your account.

Republic World Events shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe that it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

4Event Registration and Ticket Booking

All event registrations are subject to seat availability and successful payment.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

• successful payment has been received;
• a Booking ID has been generated; and
• a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your ticket has been issued.

Republic World Events reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, technical errors, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

5Ticket Categories

Depending on the Event, tickets may be offered under different categories, including but not limited to:

• Premium
• VIP
• Gold
• Silver
• General Admission
• Delegate Pass
• Student Pass
• Corporate Pass

Each category may include different seating arrangements, hospitality services, networking access, merchandise, meals, studio tours, or other benefits as described on the Event page.

The benefits associated with each ticket category are specific to that Event and cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted.

6Seat Selection and Allocation

Where seat selection is available, users may choose their preferred seats during the booking process.

Seat availability is displayed in real time and remains subject to confirmation until payment is successfully completed.

Republic World Events may temporarily reserve selected seats for a limited period during checkout. If payment is not completed within the specified time, the reserved seats may be released automatically for booking by other users.

For Events where seat selection is not available, seating shall be allocated by the Organizer or Venue management at their sole discretion.

Republic World Events reserves the right to change seat allocations where operational, safety, technical, or logistical requirements make such changes necessary. Where reasonably possible, equivalent seating will be provided.

7Admission to the Event

A valid ticket is required for admission.

Each attendee must produce:

• a valid digital or printed ticket;
• the booking confirmation, if requested; and
• a valid government-issued photo identification where required.

The name on the identification document should match the booking details where identity verification is necessary.

Admission may be refused if:

• the ticket is invalid, duplicated, cancelled, altered, or tampered with;
• identity verification fails;
• the attendee refuses security screening;
• the attendee violates Venue rules or these Terms.

Republic World Events reserves the right to deny entry without refund where admission is refused for reasons attributable to the attendee.

8Event Entry and Security

For the safety of all attendees, security screening may be conducted before entry into the Venue.

Attendees may be required to undergo:

• bag inspections;
• metal detector screening;
• identity verification;
• ticket validation through QR code or barcode scanning.

Failure to cooperate with security procedures may result in refusal of entry.

The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and remove any attendee who poses a security risk.

9Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner throughout the Event.

Attendees shall not:

• disrupt presentations or sessions;
• engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour;
• harass speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, or other attendees;
• create safety hazards;
• damage Venue property;
• consume or distribute illegal substances;
• engage in unauthorized commercial promotion or solicitation;
• record restricted sessions where recording is prohibited.

Republic World Events reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unlawful, disruptive, or likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of others.

Any removal from the Event under this clause shall not entitle the attendee to any refund.

10Prohibited Items

For safety and security reasons, attendees must not bring the following items into the Venue unless specifically authorized:

• firearms or weapons of any kind;
• explosives, fireworks, flammable or hazardous materials;
• illegal drugs or narcotic substances;
• alcohol where prohibited by Venue rules;
• sharp objects or dangerous instruments;
• drones or unauthorized aerial devices;
• laser pointers;
• banners, flags, or promotional materials without prior approval;
• professional recording equipment where prohibited.

Venue security personnel may refuse entry or confiscate prohibited items in accordance with applicable laws and Venue policies.
